Our story

Our seasonally-inspired menu is a tribute to all the craftsmen, artisans, and small local farmers with whom we have built strong relationships over the years.

We source the finest our region has to offer, but also push the boundaries by working in concert with our growers to cultivate specialty crops and heirloom varieties exclusively for our restaurants.​

Which is great; we are committed to being among the best in the world, operating relaxed, comfortable restaurants that nonetheless serve thoughtful, well-executed food. History

Our original Rooster’s in Winston-Salem, NC opened in 1992 as Noble’s Grille. It was a relaxed setting serving thoughtful, seasonal dishes prepared with care. In 2006,we opened the doors of our first Rooster’s in Charlotte, in the SouthPark community, followed by Uptown Charlotte in 2012.

 

After 12 years, we are thrilled to expand this concept once again to The Bowl at Ballantyne, showing our guests that our commitment to culinary tradition and craftsmanship stands the test of time and fleeting trends.
